ABOUT ME
My name is Katelyn. I am a wife and mother of two amazing children, a boy and a girl. Loving kids came naturally to me. I started babysitting at a young age, and knew that I one day wanted children of my own. My husband and I grew up together, and were married in May of 2012. We had our son in June of 2015 and our daughter in February 2018. Both pregnancies were lovely. I can't complain about how they went. They were beautiful. However, my birth stories for both children, especially my daughter, are unforgettable. They did not go as I had hoped and prayed for. They definitely did not go as planned. My prayer in writing out my birth stories is that it will help at least one person as they process a birth that didn't go the way they had hoped for. We all have a story to tell, and God is in control of those stories from start to finish.
